Utilities get marked
A Utah 811 locate is requested for every job, about three business days ahead.
The stump is ground out
6–8 inches below grade, chips handled the way you chose, and photos sent when it's done.

Price before work
A written quote based on our published rates — $7.50 per inch, $200 minimum — before anything is scheduled. No surprises on grind day.
Utah 811 on every job
Buried gas, power and communication lines are marked through Blue Stakes of Utah before the grinder touches the ground. Read why it matters.
Private lines flagged
Sprinklers and secondary water aren't marked by 811, so they're walked and flagged with you before work starts.
Insured local operator
Every job is completed by an insured local stump grinding operator. Ask for the certificate of insurance with your quote.
Below-grade grind
6–8 inches below grade as standard, deeper on request, so the spot is ready for topsoil, sod or a new bed.
Clean finish
The area is raked, chips are left, contained or hauled the way you chose, and you get photos when the job is done.
