Multiple stump removal & lot clearing
We grind every stump on the job in one trip, at one price — from a backyard with three old fruit trees to a new-build lot or an HOA common area. Each stump is $7.50 per inch of diameter, then the whole job gets 5–20% off depending on how many stumps you have. Jobs over 10 stumps get a custom bid.
Who we clear stumps for
Homeowners
Took out a row of junipers, an old orchard or a windbreak? We grind them all in one visit so you can regrade the whole yard at once.
Landscapers
We grind ahead of your crew so the site is ready for grading, irrigation and sod on your schedule. Ask about recurring sub-contract pricing.
Builders & developers
Lot clearing for infill builds, additions and new subdivisions: stumps below grade and chips hauled so excavation can start.
HOAs & property managers
Common areas, park strips and entrances. One invoice, a certificate of insurance on request, and work scheduled around residents.
How multi-stump jobs work
One trip, one price
Grinding several stumps in one visit is cheaper per stump than calling us back for each one, because setup, travel and the Utah 811 locate request happen once.
Send photos of each stump, or a site plan with the stumps marked, and the rough diameter of each. We'll come back with a single price for the job, a date, and what we'll do with the chips. On large sites we'll walk the property with you first.
- Send a list or plan. Count, rough diameters, and any you want to keep.
- Get one quote. Per-job price, volume discount applied, chip plan included.
- Locates and marking. Utah 811 requested; we flag irrigation and anything you want protected.
- Grind day. Every stump 6–8 inches below grade, surface roots on request.
- Cleanup and sign-off. Chips left, spread or hauled. Photos sent for your records.

What multi-stump jobs cost
We add up the diameter of every stump, multiply by $7.50 ($200 minimum on the job), then take the volume discount off the total:
| Stumps on one visit | Discount |
|---|---|
| 2 | 5–10% off |
| 3–5 | 10–15% off |
| 6–10 | 15–20% off |
| More than 10 | Custom bid |
Example: six 20-inch stumps along a fence line are 120 inches × $7.50 = $900, less about 18% — around $740 with the chips left on site.
